This listing is for a set of tubes of vintage Scottish tweed weaving yarns. This is the same yarn as the set of brown Scottish 1/12 tubes, in a mustard gold color.

We have four tubes between 3.9-4.4 oz, and two tubes at 2.1 - 2.9 oz. The first four are at or near their original weight, and the others are around 50-65% of their original weight. Together they add up to 21.8 ounces including the cardboard tubes. We estimate the total yardage at about 2,000.

These tubes are all unlabeled, so we don't know the exact details, but they are vintage Scottish, woolen-spun weaving yarn from the mid-20th century. It is a somewhat coarse and hairy wool, in a mustard gold color. It appears to be a 1/12 count yarn. 

This is a classic weft wool produced by Scottish mills in the mid-20th century.
