This listing is for a set of tubes of vintage Scottish tweed weaving yarns. This is a slubbed yarn, estimated to be 1/8 count. The main color is dark green, with noticeable slubs in gold and light green. 

We have five tubes, each weighing 5.6-5.7 ounces. They are presumed to be just about their original weight.  Together they add up to 28.4 ounces including the cardboard tubes. We estimate the total yardage at about 2,500.

These tubes are all unlabeled, so we don't know the exact details, but they are vintage Scottish, woolen-spun weaving yarn from the mid-20th century. It is a somewhat coarse and hairy wool,
