This is a set of two tubes of vintage Scottish wool weaving yarn, sold together. One cone is 4.6 oz and one is 4.9 oz, totaling 9.5 oz, for an estimated 800 yards. 

This is woolen-spun weaving yarn from the mid-20th century. It is a somewhat coarse and hairy wool, in a heathered green color. It is a slub yarn. It appears to be a 1/12 count yarn. We estimate that the cones are about 80% of their original yardage.

This is a classic weft wool produced by Scottish mills in the mid-20th century.
